About to get paid by Bux.to?

I’ve visited the Latest Payout Dates thread posted in the Bux.to forum today.  I am thrilled to know that they are already paying those that have requested March 7 to April 1 for premium members with Bux.to cards.  I’ve requested last March 26, more than four months ago.  I haven’t been paid yet but I am hoping to get paid really soon.  For now, I’m just happy to know they are finally trying to clear their backlog.

Is bux.to a scam?

It’s been almost four months since I requested for a payment… and I still haven’t been paid yet. :(

Have I finally given up and accepted that I’ve been scammed?

No, not yet. So far, I haven’t found an evidence that it is a scam. It just takes toooooooo damn long for them to pay their members. I’m not sure if this is a sign that it is about to collapse.  I don’t have anything to back that up either.

Bux.to is saying in the forums that it will take about 4 weeks for them to clear their backlog. It is good they are being transparent about their issues. I will monitor this and see what happens. I will be posting updates in my blog within the next few weeks.

Waiting for my bux. to payment,

Bux.to Review from a Premium Member

I’ve been a member of Bux.to for about 6 months now. Let me share what I know and have experienced so far.

Bux.to is a site that pays you to click and view ads. Basically, you click one of the links at a time and view the website for 30 seconds. If you are a standard member, you get 1 cent and usually have less than 15 ads to click. If you are a premium member, you get $.0125 and usually have 30-40 ads to click in a day. More ads show up throughout the day. Assuming you login only once a day and click all ads, you will be earning less than 50 cents a day. As you can see, that is not a lot. However, the beauty in Bux.to is that you can purchase referrals if you find it hard to find one.

Purchasing Referrals
Bux.to offers 15, 35, 100 and 500 referral packages. The bigger the number of referrals, the cheaper it is. If you get the 500 referral package, you can get inactive referrals (those with 0 clicks after 72 hours) replaced. This is the best deal if you have money to invest.

Cost Benefit Analysis
In my experience, every 100 referrals generate about $6-$8 in a normal day. So if you get 100 referrals + the premium package worth $98 dollars, the cost of each referral is $0.98. If you get $6 each day, you’ll be breaking even on the 17th day! If your referrals have the same performance for 30 days, you will almost double your money :) In my case, I was able to double my money in a month. However, since referrals are humans, they stop clicking at some point. You won’t get $6 forever if you get 100 referrals. My referrals stopped clicking on their 400th click on the average. It isn’t so bad because the return on investment was more than enough.

Where to get the money
When you register, you will need an AlertPay account. (To register, click here). This is where you will get your money and it works a bit like Paypal. The problem with AlertPay is that it doesn’t support a lot of countries. To address this problem, Bux.to has introduced the Bux.to mastercard. Since this is a mastercard, it is widely accepted. However, to apply for this card, you need to be a premium member.

The bad side of it
I’ve mentioned how you can easily earn the money and how you can easily spend it if you get the mastercard. If the system works seamlessly, I am probably out of the rat race by now. But NO! :P The problem with this is that it could take about 3-4 months before you get paid if you are a premium member. If you are standard member, you’ll have to wait for about 5-6 months. Patience is a virtue that you must have if you are waiting for your money.

Therefore…
What I recommend is you proceed with caution. There are success stories that say they have earned 5 digits in a month and I believe them. If you have some extra money that you can invest, I suggest you go ahead and see the earning potential for yourself. When your earnings skyrocket, do not get the money that you saved for your kid’s college education :P Remember, it is a long wait before you get your money.

I don’t suggest you make this your sole source of income.  This has to be something you should be earning on the side.  If you are planning to join, I also suggest that you read the terms of service thoroughly, join the forums to keep you posted on announcements and of course, click here to become a Bux.to member. Good luck!
